Problem with set_scale_polygon_colors, not constant with TotalScaleAngleSize

With the method set_scale_polygon_colors, it's possible to give colors for scale. The problem is the following:
It is possible to change and position color segments. These segments should be found on the scales, even if the totalScaleAngleSize is changed, which is not the case. (the proportion is always the same.)
