Hi,

I found a pNext was NULL when makeGraphicsPipeline() on /external/vulkancts/framework/vulkan/vkObjUtil.cpp, line146

The mentioned VKCTS-1.3.8 case group needn't renderpass, so it's NULL truely, but pNext is necessary to createGraphicspipeline.
This case issue would cause fail.

Could you check it?
