Duplication of AI responses in kilocode

Description

It seems the issue of duplicate answers is also occurring on JetBrains, which doesn't appear to be related to the specific model being used; I can use it normally in VS Code. However, when I ask any question using the plugin in IntelliJ IDEA, I get three answers until it displays "Kilo Code is having trouble...".

Having the same issue in VS Code, Windows 11.

It's mostly occurring with the CODE agent, then I go back to the orchestrator and ask if the task is done to make it work again.
