Description

On VS Code, when extension try to run some command, the output is formated with � characters.

No issue with the the command input, only wiht the command output.

Here using french accents.

Auto-approved commands are ok:

Reproduction steps

1. Ask Kilo code to perform some action that will involve output comand with accent. (move files, rename files) "Merci de déplacer ce fichier / refactoriser l'architecture ..."
2. Kilo will prompt a command with an echo "Sentence with accent"
3. Check output result
