Unable to Switch Off of EU-West-1

I'm supposed to be playing on US-West-1 but it appears to not be open. Trying to connect to ANY server just puts me in to EU-West-1 with the Region Changer on or off.

(Edit) After removing the instances from my Hosts file I am connected to the correct server. Upon trying the Region Changer again it still connects me to only EU-West-1
