Can not download manga into any custom folder (custom path) in Micro SD Card #33

Error always happens when save manga into micro SD Card.
Please fix it.
Moreover, When Saving all chapters, the app stopped downloading when it got an error chapter. it is better to skip that error chapter and continue to download the other chapter.
When downloading a chapter, it is better to skip error images and continue to download the other images.
