Support for Voice Selection in Multi-Speaker Models (Piper) #256

Currently Piper TTS supports multi-speaker models with making a choice on which speaker to use. The PiperVoice class only supports choosing the Model file and Config file. Is there a reason to not including?
I will look into implementing if I can.

I wasn't aware of this. PR would be awesome, otherwise I'll look into that soon.
