Replace Profile class and use build tool directly from ServeBuildCommand.

Replace Profile class with Config class since konduit-serving-build is a part of konduit-serving-cli now. And also use build tool directly instead of calling the CLI from the ServeBuildCommand as it's more robust to refactoring and compile time args checking etc
