Add plugin onPluginUpdate lifecycle event for data / migration management

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is difficult for plugin developers to implement migration paths for major plugin upgrades. Currently plugin developers will have to manage their own lifecycle event detection by storing arbitrary versioning data or detecting outdated data models.

Describe the solution you'd like

On plugin update, an event that the plugin can subscribe to, and invoke a function from with plugin meta information.

• Leveraging identifiers to target settings

Additional context

Insomnia should use IDs to target the settings before they move plugins out of beta though. Without it updating plugins will be a nightmare 😄

Insomnia should have life cycle events for plugins, like onPluginUpdate or something, in which we could migrate old settings to new settings.
