SOCKS5 and/or HTTP(S) proxy support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to be able to choose a pre-configured proxy to use per workspace and/or query.

Describe the solution you'd like
Configurable under workspace settings, next to "client certifcates" - and could be ticked on or off on each Request

Describe alternatives you've considered
At the moment there is only the "HTTP Network Proxy" global setting available (and no SOCKS5 support).
I also checked if there was a plugin available
