Add quick switcher for documents / collections

Why

Reduce time to navigate and reduce number of clicks to another document from anywhere in the application.

What it is

Create a new switcher similar to the Request Switcher (CMD+P) into it's a globalized CMD+SHIFT+P or CMD+K document and collection list switcher like VSCode / Slack.

Expectations

• List of Collections / Documents in alphabetical listing
• Keyboard shortcut to activate from anywhere in application
• Keyboard support for navigation (up, down, enter keys)
• Auto-focus filter on type start
