Description

Often as well has having a variable, I have a sort_variable, which removes articles across various languages (The, A, An, die, der, das etc.). The ability to display name in the column but when sorting it use sort_name in the stringFilterFn would be incredibly useful.

Implementation Model

Allow stringFilterFn (or add a customStringFilterFn) to accept a string parameter to sort the column on.
