You've got a lot of modules installed, might be some of them are conflicting with magnetar. Please do only magnetar and try recreating the issue again then report if the issue still persist.

I had already installed it without other modules and the same problem was there too, it has nothing to do with the other modules

Logs are needed when running it without other modules to isolate the issue. The logs that are being sent over to this issue is not even complete to begin with. Please gather the complete logs first (preferably without other modules installed)
