Have test-kitchen check PLD

Our test-kitchen setup does not yet check PLD.

This depends on having a Vagrant box with Chef already installed. The PLD project is already building Vagrant boxes, but they appear to be minimal. They do not have Chef installed, nor do they have curl or wget installed (but the latter are moot anyway because Chef's omnibus installer doesn't recognize PLD yet).

However, do you know is it possible to execute some commands before chef run in vagrant? then i could invoke poldek -u chef --noask to get chef installed to the base box.
