increase character limit on Collectors: Verbatim

The Verbatim field currently only accommodates 50 characters.

Please lengthen this field to include up to 150 characters.

From Bill:
IP Locality (1) -> Verbatim contains "COLLECTOR: formatted collector name; DATE: verbatim collecting date". "COLLECTOR: TBA; DATE: verbatim collecting date" was used for those lines greater than 50 characters.

Once Verbatim can accommodate more characters, the "TBA" collector entries will need to be fixed.

As per the pending 2021 upgrade, Bill is requesting this field be lengthened to accommodate 200 characters.
