Expected Behaviour

The published download size should decrease proportionally based on the size of the deleted components.

Actual Behaviour

The published download size remains the same as before deletion, indicating that removed components are still being included in the output package.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open any existing course in the authoring tool.
2. Note the current published download size.
3. Delete one or more large components (e.g., videos, images, or interactive modules).
4. Publish the course again.
5. Compare the new published download size with the previous one.
