How do I scroll to a position?

Hello,
Thank you for this awesome library!
How do I navigate a Linear SeqViz component to a particular position?
Reading the source it seems to be exposed in the parent SeqViewerContainer setCentralIndex.
What is the simplest way to refer to this or would I have to create a component that extend from SeqViz ?
Sorry if this doesn't make sense using react/js after a very long time!

I've SeqViz defined like this:
