[BUG] Launcher crashes when attempting to edit icon on work profile

Describe the bug

The launcher completely crashes when I tap on the photo of an icon in the editing dialogue. This only happens for apps that are not also installed in the personal profile.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to app drawer
2. Go to work profile section
3. Long press on an icon for an app that is not also installed in the personal profile
4. Tap "customize" in the dialogue that appears
5. Tap on the icon as if you were trying to choose a different icon

Expected behavior

An interface should appear for you to select a different icon. This works in the personal profile, but not the work profile.
