Is there an activities log of all actions/changes on a project?

I would like to see every change in a chronological order that I or others make in a project. That is, new tasks, completions, comments, edits, etc. Is there such a feature in Leantime?

I figured it out by using integrations to Slack or Zulip through webhooks, so a channel corresponds to an activities log.
