Reminder: Supported Versions of Leantime

Hi all!

This is just a quick reminder of the versions of Leantime that we currently support.

At this time, we offer support for the official Leantime Docker Compose version and for standard installations of Leantime.

We do not offer any official LTS support unless you are on a paid custom support plan.

Why is this relevant?

It means that we do not currently offer support for Cloudron versions, Elestio, Turnkey, or other distributed unofficial versions of Leantime. If you are unable to make local updates to your instance, we will not be able to offer support. This includes purchased plugin support and as such, we advise against purchasing plugins if your instance falls into these categories.
