[FEATURE] Timesheets: Show Project name in ToDo-dropdown

I mostly use the ToDo-dropdown to select the relevant task in Timesheets, but some of the ToDos have similar names.

Show the project name as part of the ToDo-dropdown, e.g. in the format ToDo-ID / ToDo-Name (Project-Name)
