[BUG] [FEATURE] Sticky / Fixed Date bar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you are in the milestone view and have a lot of milestones and tasks, you have to scroll down at some point. Unfortunately, the date bar at the top then disappears and you no longer have any reference to the date. Very confusing.

Describe the solution you'd like
A pin on the bar where you can press it and fix the date bar and hide it again when you don't need it. or always show the date bar when scrolling.
