I have installed the application over an Ubuntu server
Using digital ocean for database cluster
updated the connection strings and port

in the database few tables are created not all
and not getting this error

Thanks for reporting. What version did you update from?
Any errors in the log files (latest version in storage/logs/, older version in logs/)
