Naming convention for any content being added to youtube channel

Just wanted to suggest a proper naming convention to possibly standardize across the youtube platform. They seem to be scattered about depending on who is uploading is my guess.

Some potential suggestions:

Lecture-style: topic-name : SEP-name : date-recorded
Ex: Office-Hours : unit testing functions : Jared Grippe : MM-DD-YYYY

topic-category : lecture-context : lecture-style : SEP-name : date-recorded
Ex: TESTING : Unit testing functions : Office Hours : Jared Grippe : 09-22-2017

These are just a few examples of a naming convention for videos that might be more consistent across the content.
