Ledger Live Desktop Linux integration

I created a repo with what I needed to do to get the Ledger Live AppImage integrated on Linux. In particular wallets would try to open ledgerlive://bridge uris and the scheme wasn't registered beforehand so wouldn't open (and some wallets only support this method). As an incidental bonus this creates an application menu shortcut and a constant name shell script.
