Custom License for this Minecraft Resourcepack

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of these Minecraft Resourcepack files (the "Work"), to use, modify, and share the Work, subject to the following conditions:

1. **Attribution**: 
   - You must give appropriate credit to the original creator LeeLux by linking to the original GitHub repository, and indicate if changes were made. Credit must be clearly visible in any public presentation or sharing of the Work (e.g., video descriptions, GitHub READMEs).

2. **No Re-Uploads**:
   - You may not upload or publish the Work, or any modified version of it, to any public website, service, or marketplace outside of GitHub. The Work should only be shared or modified via GitHub repositories.

3. **Non-commercial Use**:
   - The Work may not be used for any commercial purposes, with the exception of creating monetized videos or streams (e.g., YouTube, Twitch), provided that the original creator is credited, a link to the GitHub repository is included in video descriptions, and the creator is verbally credited during the video or stream, with mention that a link is provided in the description.

4. **Share-Alike and Open Source**:
   - If you modify the Work, you must release your modifications under this same license.
