`contentInset` and `contentOffset` properties missing

Oh good catch, thank you! My first attempt at maintainVisibleContentPosition messed around with contentInset so I removed it from the props. It would work if you added the props now, even though the types don't have it :)

And we have contentOffset named as initialScrollOffset. I'm not actually sure why we deviated on the name - maybe it was while we were working on initialScrollIndex. But I think we should rename that to contentOffset for consistency.

Should be fixed in the next update.

On a deeper look, I believe the issue PedroBern/react-native-collapsible-tab-view#464 (comment) may be caused by something else.

We use scrollTo from reanimated on the LegendList ref: https://docs.swmansion.com/react-native-reanimated/docs/scroll/scrollTo/

It appears that it's not scrolling the list though, should it? 🤔

@andreialecu If it may help, here is example how to animate scroll position of legendList event without exposed contentOffset. It's possible because reanimated useAnimatedProps hook is connecting directly to the native scrollview, omitting javascript updates.

Ok, oops, there was a bug in my implementation. scrollTo from reanimated does work properly with LegendList. My bad.
