Add scrolling

If the modal is taller than the screen, should be able to scroll the rest into view.

so if the bottom is past the window height, make it fit the screen and scroll inside it?

No I don't think it should fit in the screen. It should just allow you to scroll down to see the rest of the modal. Like a bootstrap modal does.
