I could see a really great use case where the libki client would run in a web browser using the web browser's kiosk mode. Obviously easier said than done, but thought I would express this. As far as I know there are is no library reservation software that has this feature yet. The obvious benefit being that the client would be OS agnostic.

I think what you are describing is a form of captive web portal. That is certainly an interesting idea!
