Guide for creating and potentially sharing collections

We want to write a user guide (vignette) documenting how users can create their own collections (similar to the recount-brain one), test them locally, and potentially share them.

As part of writing this guide, we will test frameworks for sharing collections using samples already available via recount3 (though it could work for private collections too).
