Not even GitHub, with which I began (at https://app.lifescope.io/providers).

LifeScope Browser Extension 1.0.4 with Waterfox 56.2.1 on FreeBSD-CURRENT,

Did you refresh the tab with the extension options? It doesn't update the domain list in real-time.

Yes.

In all honesty, we haven't tested the extension on Waterfox, and I doubt we'll get to that anytime soon.
