Global Create GP4 setting

Would it be possible to have a global setting to tell Itemzflow if it should automatically create a GP4 or not?

For games that take a long time to dump I will switch my display from the PS4 back to my computer and come back later only to see it asking about creating the GP4 and I never use Itemzflow to do that. Also after saying no Itemzflow appears frozen while it dumps the game's patch with no dump progress so I've been dumping the base game and patches separate due to this issue.

I would like to see a global setting where we can set the option to Yes, No and Ask for creating the GP4 files.
