Suggestion: "Sun keris spec is ready" indicator

Optional indicator that shows you if you are currently able to sun keris spec (prayer >= 50, spec >= 75 or 38 if adren), maybe a similar indicator to the thrall helper plugin indicator, or maybe an overlay like inventory tags? I think it could be a helpful visual cue, especially during chaos like P4 Warden. Not sure if against third party client guidelines though.

Should detect if sun keris or just the gem + a partisan is in the inventory and notify regardless of whether or not it's currently equipped.

Indicator settings:

1. "ready" Prayer Threshold: 50-99 -- defaults to 50 as it is the minimum, but allows configuration in case you want a higher value to not immediately smite yourself
2. HP Threshold: 1-99 -- defaults to 50, only shows the indicator (whether ready or not) on screen when HP is below the threshold

Potential features that I would love to have regarding Keris usage is potentially is either

• An infobox saying you need more prayer/spec to use it
• Highlighting of the item widget with a red border if it's unavailable to be used due to low prayer/spec
• Flashing of screen when Keris is equipped and can not be used
