This is what we do in La Miel, and it is just a configuration to change in the user model, and you can set this value by default

already tried that, "My Home" doesn't exist in Odoo la Roue. And tried to build it but to complicated for me

In fact internal user log in backend and portail user in portail .. Internal user can next go to "my account", think it's not a good idea to change this behaviour ..
