I'm over here notification

During first run, I closed the setup wizard on the screen where it said 'now click on effects to continue' Afterward, the I'm over here notification continued to fire every few seconds. I didn't see a way to restart the tutorial, or turn off the notification other than uninstalling.

for me it disappeared after selecting exit from the taskbar icon and restarting the application manually
