I'm using the lastest of Vox Populi: 4.16 (September 7, 2024)

Only the latest Vox Populi with EUI

Try to reinstall VP, delete cache folder, and validate Civ 5 files using Steam. Deak History works fine for me.

If the issue persists, please enable logging and then upload your Lua.log file.
