4. Describe the Issue
Pop overflow in one of my city Alexandria , avoiding growth doesn't stop it from happening. However, changing production from finishing atomic bomb to spaceship factory helped, guess atomic bomb is the cause.

just hit next turn, the game will pause for a while then Alexandria will get it.
