play with docker docs need clarification

Thanks for all the effort and the great progress.

You have 4 Dockerfiles in the git repo

Dockerfile
docker/Dockerfile
salt_master_docker/Dockerfile
salt_master_docker/Dockerfile_stable

But if one doesn't know the saltpad setup (or docker - or both) too well, then the docs become a blurr very quickly.

Please consider mentioning clearly which Dockerfile should be used for the different sections in the doc page that talks about playing with docker.

And maybe the 'stable' file should be in
salt_master_docker_stable/Dockerfile

and the devel one in
salt_master_docker_devel/Dockerfile

and the old v1 one maybe
v1_docker/Dcokerfile
