Hi,
I read the SCAPE paper, where it mentions that the expected pA length serves as an indicator of pA site usage, but I couldn't find a command in scape.R that generates the expected pA length. How can we obtain this information in the downstream analysis of SCAPE or elsewhere? Thanks!
