Please update lua-ev to 1.4

Greetings. I have need to use lua-ev with Lua 5.2, and as such lua-ev 1.3 won't make the cut. lua-ev 1.4 was released some time ago by brimworks. I have downloaded the 1.4 release and bumped the version info in the dist.info locally as a quick hack so development on the LuaDist platform can continue in the meantime, but deploying this way is ugly. Thanks in advance.
