部分限免主题存在试用时间，需要每周手动应用一次，希望能添加一个每天自动重新应用当前主题的功能

第一，主题更换并不是模块已有任务的一部分所以模块无法在任务执行前得知需要更换的id；
第二，是主题id获取对于大部分用户来说是困难的（需要抓包）；
第三，此需求并非大多数用户的刚需；
