Huge build logs break the log view

When building packages which have a huge build log (eg. ventoy) the log view breaks and something like this happens:

Solutions might inlclude:

• Show only last n lines in log
• Show a sectioned log similar to github actions
• stream new strings directly to frontend (instead of fetching again from db) -> might put less stress on db calls
