Connect matterbridge to more then one "ecosystem"

At home I use homekit and alexa.
Homekit for controlling with smartphone, alexa for voice controll.

How can I add the matterbridge to both of them? After adding it to one of them, the qr-code dissapears.
It this even possible?

Normally one of the paired ecosystems provide your a connection code to add one more. In apple it is in the device settings on the bowwwon like "connection code" in Amazon also in settings. Use this then in the other ecosystem

Hi,
with Matter, you choose your first controller and then from that one you share Matterbridge to other controllers.
The QR code disappears and you see the fabrics instead.

I assume that the communication is direct and not going over the first ecosystem?

The first ecosystem tells the device to open commissioning mode and then the second controller discovers the device and communicates directly, yes
