add gemini?

I don't know if it is possible but I think it would be a good idea to add gemini to the project, i.e. I would have the program 2 of the best “free” models on the market now of course I come back and repeat I don't know if it is possible but at least I wanted to mention it.

Technically, this would be possible if I tried hard enough. Though additional restrictions on automation will likely apply, Google knows its browsers best.

Do you mean the Gemini API, or the web interface, just so I understand?

I was referring to the web interface, although of course if the Google api is less complicated to integrate it could also be but specifically I was referring to the web interface.

Highly likely that it will take a lot of time, I don't think I'm able to plan it as of now with so many additional changes incoming.

Chances are that I'll make a separate version of IntenseRP with some common / shared modules for Gemini support. It simply will be difficult to maintain two front-end manipulators in a single project, especially if we consider that I'm the only maintainer.

But this is not a guarantee and I may just include it here too. I don't want to give you false hope or disappointment.

I'll try to investigate the specifics of the web app and whether I'll be able to use that or not.

Personally i dont think there is any reasons to add the same thing for Gemini, they have free API which is literally the same as web one (well there might be a bit of difference with internet integration and explicit contenct), but mostly there is no need for that.

I agree, especially considering that the free rate limits on the web interface are much tighter (even for Flash) than in AI Studio. Plus, there's the $300 VertexAI offer people can use if they're a bit more technical. I suppose I'm closing this discussion for now unless anyone has any more points to bring up.
