Players affected by the dispenser never lose the condition applied. No errors are thrown and all related plugins reload fine however.
My best guess is this is a gamedata issue related to TF2BH_DispenserStopHealing and its signature CObjectDispenser::StopHealing()
All this found on a Linux server. Wish I could provide more information
