Improve OAuth debugger UI server selection #1109
Description
A suggestion for the OAtuth debugger:
I have several servers listed in the "servers" section and I want to debug OAuth of one of them (the 2nd in the list).
What happens here is that MCP Jam selects my first server in the list. It is not obvious, I have to click on the wheel to find out, and I cannot switch from one server to another. I ended up deleting my first server so I can debug my 2nd server's OAuth (maybe there is a better way IDK)
I wish I had my list of servers in the top menu like in other tools. Obviously I need to see all servers, especially disconnected ones as the OAtuh debugger means that users are going to work on connections.
