Beim Auswählen von skills innerhalb eines courses wird der skill in der course db angelegt, auch wenn dieser skill bei einem anderen objekt in diesem course (z.b. eine flashcard) bereits ausgewählt wurde. Somit sind bisher mehmals die skill name und skill category combinationen im course gespeichert worden, obwohl sie es nur einmal müssten.

Speicherung der skills im Course muss angepasst werden
