The idea is to accept 3D arrays representing multiple graphs for multiple independent subjects (e.g. different SCs) on the last axis (NxNxS, where N is the number of nodes and S is the number of independent graphs)).

Ciao @smoia ! has this been implemented yet ? I'm up for doing it !

We ended up using subject-specific graphs, so I have specific hands-on as well :D
