Station config update tool

Prepare tool for updating station configuration file...

New version of configuration json should by obtained from HTTP. Values from old configuration should be rewritten. The script should ask for some (pre-selected) parameters (e.g. station name, ssh login, ...)

The script should also update and upgrade system, update station GIT repositories. Before config updating...

It will be very helpful for configuration of new stations...
