Note: The current version of PyRadiomics (3.0) contains a bug in the gray level matrix feature computation, see AIM-Harvard/pyradiomics#592. I have commented on the specific issue with a solution, which you currently have to manually implement. Alternatively, you can use PREDICT for the gray level matrix features or skip using PyRadiomics altogether. See the WORC documentation on how to do so: https://worc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/static/configuration.html.
